After a lot of consideration, I have decided not to try polyphasic sleeping this semester. My Thursday class schedule, which is a legitimate nightmare, simply does not allow for the required nap times.

However, this is definetly something I will be wanting to try to implement this summer.

Can you imagine all you would get done if you were up 21 hours a day?

For now I guess I’ll continue my own Red Bull Sleeping Plan, which generally entails drinking more Red Bulls on a day by day basis than hours of sleep I get per night.

    try to switch from red bull to mate-tea! works the same, looks cooler (at least over here in europe) and is way more healthy…

    Great idea. When I studied abroad in Argentina in HS I drank that stuff quite often. I think mate could be labeled the Argentinian national drink.

    I’ll have to see where I can find the best mate in Durham.

    I was obsessed with polyphasic sleep for a while. Check out this guy’s account of it. He did it for 6 months I think.
